Debt Trust Direct is a provider of free debt advice. Unlike many Debt Management companies our staff are highly trained and have many years of experience.
We only employ the very best people who have the highest ethical standards and have your best interests at heart. We believe in order to give the best advice we have to care. This is ensured by only employing the appropriate people. We will review your circumstances with this in mind and recommend solutions that are not only based on your circumstances but on what you are trying to achieve.
We do not charge a fee for any of the information we provide and ensure that any of the third parties we recommend also provide free initial advice. Should you use the services of one of our third party trusted partners, Debt Trust Direct may receive commission in respect of the introduction but this will be at no additional cost to you. If we do refer you to another company you can be safe in the knowledge that they have been carefully selected.

By submitting your details to Debt Trust Direct Ltd you are agreeing to an initial evaluation of your details by a trained debt advisor. Any information you provide is treated with respect and will never be passed on to a relevant third party without your express permission. We only ever pass on information to the most appropriate product provider and ensure that only one company receives your details and for the purpose they were originally intended (unless deemed appropriate and agreed by you).
Should they be unable to help we may then refer your details to an alternative company to further increase your chances of regaining control of your debt, again, this will be with your knowledge and consent. We adhere to all data protection laws as enforced by the information commissioner’s office and are registered with them under Reg no. Z2281423.
By submitting your details to Debt Trust Direct you agree that we can contact you by phone, email or post. We will ensure that any contact is made during the hours of 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday, unless specified otherwise by you. Any specific requests are respected.
